Connie Gordon has a Degree in Interior Design and
Drafting from Brooks College, Long Beach, CA. She has been designing
and building homes in the Greater Hartford area for over thirteen
years. David Gordon has a bachelors degree in Communications from
Boston College, and has also been building homes and managing
properties in the Greater Hartford area for over nine years.

qualified new homes program. We prewire our houses for future audio and
video home distribution systems, and wired or wirless networks. We stay
knowledgeable about and encourage the use of energy conserving building
materials and techniques. Examples of our standard energy conserving
methods include: 13.0 SEAR American Standard air conditioning units,
Anderson wood windows with Low-E Glazing, R-21 insulation in the walls,
R-38 insulation in the ceiling, and circulating water heater pump.
